I'm looking into maybe buying n Xbox 360 controller for my PC. Some of the games these days are pretty dire Xbox ports so using the controller the game was designed for seems the only way to play some stuff.
So I'm a cheapskate. I know you can buy an official controller for Xbox 360 and PC boxed set, but ideally I just want a cheap wired used one off ebay for £15 rather than splash £40 for the official product..
What I don't know is - what is the interface on the end of a normal Xbox 360 controller? Is it USB or something else that needs an adapter? I know I must have lived under a bush or something but I've never been up close and personal with an Xbox 360 - just played a few times with wireless controllers. In my case I want to use a wired one as it is cheaper and I can't be bothered with chargers.
