RAGE starts on wrong monitor

I've installed Rage and it keeps starting on the wrong monitor.

I've swapped monitors around, reconfigured Windows, but it still starts on the wrong one.

SOLVED:

When making chjanges in the games Options screen, and fiddling with resolution if you look at the small print next to it, it shows which monitor the game starts on!

Clever... but a bugger to see! So.... scroll through the resolutions until you go back to 640x480 and you'll notice it swaps to the other monitor
