War Thunder - free to play WWII flight sim

Any Il-2 players tried War Thunder? It's from Gaijin Entertainment who did Wings of Prey/Birds of Prey, and eventually aiming to be a rival to World of Tanks/Warplanes/Warships, but it's just planes at the moment. I've whipped up a quick beginner's guide (A Beginner's Guide to War Thunder), more aimed at getting completely new players into PvP Arcade battles, but the game also has Realistic and Simulator modes for more hardcore players, and missions and campaigns against AI as well as PvP. Seems pretty good to me, so far.

This is a good game and the graphics are amazing for a free game. Enjoying it.

The ground forces addon is out now, it adds tank on tank combat like world of tanks (but a fair bit more on the simulator end of things)
