Loved my deathadder but then one of the switches in it went. If razer stuff lasted as long as corsair I would be all over it. Anything by corsair or razer will probably be fine

If you like the old Microsoft Optical Mouse, as seen here:

Then I can highly recommend the Nixeus Revel:

I actually think it's better. About 8 dpi settings, 2 side buttons for your thumb. Basic but solid mouse for £30.
FWIIW, I really like my Razer Deathadder: a good weight/balance and responsive buttons too.
I'll mirror what i said in the other mouse recommendations thread. I've played many hours of CS and i've chosen the Logitech G203 as my latest mouse. Great ambidextrous design. can't fault it. very similar to the Zowie FK1.
Corsair M65 Pro – High End Mouse With 12000 DPI, For all those of you who are interested in playing FPS games, Corsair has the perfect gaming mouse.
Razer Deathadder is my mouse of choice for FPS gaming. I am a Razer fanboy, but most of the mice I have had from them die far too soon.
Even my current Deathadder broke, but I managed to get a spare top from ebay and swapped it over and been working fine since.
It's depend on your budget. I am using Logitech G502 Proteus. I have found this is a overall best gaming mouse. It has 11 programmable buttons and the design is also awesome. You can check the gaming mouse reviews here.
Another vote for M65 Pro, as long as you aren't left handed it's perfect :)
I have a small desk so need a wireless mouse, currently have a Logitech G900
Logitech G502 here!!
Logitech G502 here as well. Great mouse.

I have the G502 and my wife has a G402(Just used for general browsing & spreadsheets), I actually prefer the G402 it has a slightly different feel around the edges.
