Want to start a PC Gaming arcade, where to start?

There are absolutely no arcades in my city and I've always loved gaming and computers, I was thinking of taking advantage of those and building 6 mid range gaming computers capable of running most high end games on full graphics at 720p.

How would the games licences work? Could I get a licence for a game to be installed on multiple computers or have to buy 6 games.

What type of software could I use? I would want to be able to monitor on a master computer what they are doing on each computer screen and manage log ins for every customer to save there own games to carry on from and also to restrict the time they are on it by how much they have paid.

Is there anyone with any experience from anything similar like an Internet cafe or anything at all that could give any advice or something I may have missed?

I want to write a business plan, I have started with costs of computers and screens so far then working out the electricity bill from the total power output + rent.

    Thanks in advance.

tbh i dont think it would be that successful as a pc gaming arcade due to each station being able to allow one person to game at any one time and the maintenance issues etc. I think you'd be better off buying many ps3s tvs and loads of controllers up to 4 people could play at each station.
Maintenance and buying games would be pretty straight forward and consoles would be alot more inexpensive to say building pcs, finding out whats wrong when something happens etc. Or you hold off until a little into the next gen consoles which will run all games at 1080p(1080p tvs are quite inexpensive too and can be bought at 32 inches to allow more people to play.
The reason why I keep bringing up the multiple players is it needs to be a social place for it to succed and keep repeat bussiness(a member ship scheme and pay as you go) You could hold gaming tournaments for different genre of games and see which take off(probably shooters and fighting games).
    Hope this helps.
