    Origin\EADM missing games

Bit of a heads up for everyone. I recently logged back into my EADM, now Origin, account for the first time in months as I was considering buying Sim City. Perhaps foolish I know. But I've found a much greater issue, my account is empty. Now I know for a fact I have Burnout Paradise as the local files were still on my drive but I'm fairly sure I had a couple of older games as well. Anyone else had the same issue? Done some googling and it seemed to be a common issue with battlefield that was later resolved, so far I've been fobbed off by their twitter, they just sent me to Origin HQ where I and it appears several others have similar issues since the 'upgrade' of EADM but are being completely ignored.

Anyway, if you had an EA account, check it out. If you don't yet have one, don't do it.

Very strange indeed, all my stuff is there as of this morning.

Last time I had an issue I actually called them and they sorted it for me over the phone, they were really helpful must admit so would try that approach. Otherwise try uninstalling Origin then re install it, there was an update pushed out when I started it this morning.

I tried reinstalling it and I got that new update this morning as well but I don't think it's a software issue, my account is just showing as if it's never been used. I assume there's been an issue on the change over that's affected a handful of accounts but it's quite frustrating that there's no real tech support, any posts with similar issues have been largely ignored on their Answer HQ. I'll give the 0870 number a try when I can get to a landline and see if they can help.

I know this is a daft one but you are using the correct account aren't you, sometimes I have re registered in the past when games weren't tied to accounts if I couldn't be bothered to do a retrieval.

Over the phone they are pretty good and nice to talk to, same with the Bioware SWTOR people, had to call them around 2 weeks ago to remove the security key from my account as I was changing my phone.

Didn't seem to be that either, not unless its a really long lost email account and I'd used EADM way back when I still had a hotmail address. I'll give them a call later, thanks.
