    Dyslexia

    Dyslexia
“It is characterized by difficulties with accurate and / or fluent word recognition and by poor spelling and decoding abilities.”
    ---------------------------------------
    VEF Mission Briefing Dyslexia
“It is characterised by an apparent understanding of the brief, a study of the map, the hitting of the FLY button, and the complete lack of any understanding from that second onward of the mission, its objectives, the position of bases or the direction of the target”
    ----------------------------------------

So….without sounding like it might be a joke thread, cos it’s not, does anyone else ever find the mission briefs to be hard to “digest” or “comprehend”? Just a question really?

I don't tend to read em tbh... just work out the headings from the map, and check the target for loadout... either that or just concentrate on the bits that I need to know. More of my time is spent studying the map and escape routes etc...

I tend not to read them TBH, I just follow someone else and go from there...

I always read them, study the map, work out the headings, and look for key features to navigate by. I guess someone needs to know where they're going!

At least most Marlin players will actually know if they're on Escort or Intercept or Ground Attack. Some others, by which I mean the freelancers and solo players out there (and certain Russian squads), plainly don't know, or know but don't bother to follow the brief. And that means they cost the team points by taking out targets that have little value to them - especially so under the new points system.
