Cool Baldurs Gate Reloaded - NWN2 Mod

Its took 7 years in the making but Baldurs Gate with Tales of the Sword Coast has been created as a mod for Neverwinter Nights 2, you need to have the complete edition of Neverwinter 2 with Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehir to be able to play this.

Don't forget Icewind Dale has also been previously released as a mod for NWN 2 and is well worth grabbing and playing :

Re: Baldurs Gate Reloaded - NWN2 Mod

Didn't even realise NWN2 was 7 years old, cant remember many other games I have enjoyed as much during that period.

Never got around Baldurs Gate too so I'm keen on having a look, on the other hand if I remember correctly NWN2 wasn't the most pleasing game to patch and install.

Re: Baldurs Gate Reloaded - NWN2 Mod

I have the GOG version of NWN 2 so all expansions are built in and it is patched up to latest, with IWD Mod I just had to follow the instructions and away it went with the GOG version.

If you have NWN 2 on disk though it can be a bit of a git to update, you have to do the main installation and expansions in the right order or it messes up and you need to get the critical rebuild patches, first game was the same.

I have downloaded the BGR mod now so going to install it a bit later tonight, I hope they have some form of intro on it like the original, it sets the scene nicely for what is to come.
