No, rubber banding seems to have got worse since naval strike launched, and I'm getting massive ping spikes on some servers, but generally still playable. Don't see what all the fuss with carrier assault was though. Its basically a decent game of conquest with 5 minutes of locker/metro crap at the end.

it's basically a game of conquest with cqc rush at the end, yeh. my two big problems with it are that you can spawn on the enemy ship once it's open, and that you don't have to escape the ship with no respawns like the old titan mode in 2142. also, why do you only need to damage a ship half way to get into it? what's the point in the other half?? people don't often defend enough either. everyone wants to be that hero that blew up the enemy ship.. i still really enjoy the game mode and the new maps though
rush and conquest are my favourite game modes. so i find this pretty nice! it's always a bit of an anti climactic ending though when you don't have to escape :/
