I nearly forgot about that, Origin will let you play a game for free before you buy it, they call it Game Time and Battlefield 4 is on the list of games available so you could try it first.

The 8500 GT launched in April 2007 according to Wikipedia.

Sorry, I didn't make that post very clear, it was really aimed at Macman and Disturbedguy as they both had questions about whether or not it would run on their PCs, trying it for free gives them the chance to find out before spending money on the game or on new hardware.

Got PC up and running, going to give it a blast via Game Time now, need to download it and stuff however. Hopefully won't take long to download

- Intel Core 2 Quad CPU @ 2.4ghz
- 6GB RAM
- AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series (Actually upgraded to this, apologies)

That should be enough, although an overclock on the CPU wouldn't do any harm!
Perhaps have a play with the graphics setting, turn things down to medium/low? I have SLI 660ti which is about equal to a titan (IIRC) and I still run on lower settings to maximize the FPS.

I have a 2.5Ghz Core 2 Quad overclocked to 3Ghz...you just change the bus speed up from 333Mhz to 400Mhz (assuming your memory can work at 400Mhz).

Better off just finding a server manually rather than match making. We often just join on each other.

Hey guys. I've got BF4 on pc, and was wondering if I would be able to have all the same unlocks and stats etc if I also got Bf4 on the Ps4? Bf4 premium is on offer for Ps4 right now. Was tempted to get it, but wouldn't want to have to start over :/ Cheers.

Well on BF3 I was quite a high level with everything unlocked, but that's not the case on PC. May be different with BF4
