Same amount of Vram, yet it will give you a bit more bang for buck. And it also has updated GCN, so it should give slightly better Mantle support. It may however, require more power to run it. I'm not sure of the power requirements of these cards. Could you take photos of all the writing on your Psu and post them here? That way we could get a better idea of what it can handle
Think my PSU was recently upgraded by my brother (was his prior to him upgrading). I'll have it up tonight, appreciate your advice on this folks. (thumbs up)

This is sound advice, both cards are built on the same architecture but the 270X is an update of the 78xx series cards, better performance and as stated by ZaO better GCN/Mantle support. The 270X should be fine with a 500 watt PSU, but it is worth checking to see what PSU you have.

You really have to figure out whats best for you as they all have slightly different characteristics that match up with certain kinds of game play.

I put some of my thoughts here which is also where a few other players added their 2 pence in to give you a bit of guidance.

I really like the first carbine you unlock. Problem I have, is that guns feel much different to BF3,even if it's the same gun!

Yeah the balance is very different, but i fell that over time they have got the game to the point where none of the guns are, 'useless'. You can legitimately play with pretty much any of the guns and get kills, once you get a grip on how all the different grips affect the weapons you can get a feel for how they compliment each other better as well.

The first carbine is very good, I go back to it from time to time but once you learn to use the Ace53, its really frustrating to use many of the others as it hits so damn hard in comparison.

Are you on PC? You should give TS another try and join us one evening, I haven't been on much later as I have had a lot of holiday work to catch up on!

    Re: Battlefield 4 discussion..

I'm currently on XB1, but have the game for PC (just no computer for the time being).

Should be on tomorrow, once new computer is built (although I think with a new motherboard you have to re install windows?).

To give an idea as to what type of rifles I like, I like full auto/3 round burst with little recoil (I've got a very precise aim; accuracy on XBOX with a controller was often above 35%) and mediocre power (not too much of an issue since I'm better at getting more less powerful shots on target).

I have premium on XB1 and will probably buy it on PC if I can get to grips with PC gaming on KB+Mouse, since I find MX Blues very stiff for gaming and don't like them at all.
