I think a lot depends on the player, as Biscuit has said.

When it comes to the guns in BF4 the advice and recommendations that Biscuit has given me when playing have helped immensely so I put a lot of weight on his opinion about guns. Though to add to that, if you have found one that works well for you and others don't like it might just mean that there are characteristics with that gun that you can handle better than others, such as recoil etc...

Nice, congratulations. Which model did you get in the end?

Update your system specs when you get the chance. Some of us like to look at these things.

64 player matches are pretty damn demanding online. When I had a slightly lower spec than the one I mentioned before, I would play 48 player matches a lot. Still plenty of action, but it gave roughly another 5fps, which made all the difference

Its pretty self explanatory. Bookmark the server and select it each time. Make sure you have your headset etc selected from the settings and you're good to go.

If you are on the same team then the Squad join option will let you search for the squad that your friends are playing in, if you are in opposite teams there is an option to change team however sometimes the server decides not to let you move or will move one of your friends out of the team you are joining and into the team you are leaving in the interest of team balancing. As erudito87 and I discovered not too long ago. lol

    Re: Battlefield 4 discussion..

In theory it should see when people are in the same platoon or have friends from the contacts list playing and put those people together, but then team balancing comes into play and this then makes it so that certain teams/squads get split up in order to balance the players in that game.

Do you mean in general, or people on Hexus? There're certainly plenty of people playing BF4 judging by the number of servers available, & the Hexus platoon is pretty active too

Biscuit, MaddAussie, erudito87 and myself are playing fairly regularly and there are a few others that join us from time to time. Join our Platoon and have a look at our Battlelogs to get an idea of how often we get on together.
