So the new gta is out tomorrow and i will buy it for the ps3 as all my cousins and friends have a ps3 etc. Ive always wanted these games with amazing online to have cross platform multiplayer. Does anyone know of any games that have cross play between ps3 and the pc??
I think the main problem is the controller difference.
i dont think that much of an issue im sure in some games you can play keyboard and mouse on the ps3. However many people i know detest keyboard and mouse for gaming.
Portal 2 on PS3 and PC are cross platform.
You have to sign into your Steam account on PS3 version though to be able to play it Co Op. You also get a code in the box for the PS3 version which activates on Steam and you can continue progress on either platform as it has Steam Cloud saves and sync. Steam on PS3 is just like it is on mobile but even more cut down, literally all you can do is log in and view friends.
So, if you have a friend with Portal 2 for their PC and then you fire it up on PS3 and log into Steam you can play co op play together
