I'm a big fan of the Metal Gear Solid 2 theme (which was reprised for 4). A tune I associate with my childhood.
Jeremy Soule stuff from Elder Scrolls - Morrowing & Oblivion.
Also the Tony Hawk's 2 soundtrack!
Final Fantasy 14 a realm reborn (trailer) music , she has such an awesome voice, best music i heard in a long time
The Mancer's Dilemna by Darren Korb from Bastion. The soundtrack as a whole was pretty awesome.

There's too many to decide which one is my very favourite, but one of them is Metal Gear Solid 2 main theme
Halo soundtrack is undeniably epic. More recently the new orchestral soundtrack for Planetary Annihilation is awesome!
That's a hard one. For me Shadow of the Colossus had great sound tracks.
But my all time favourite; Assassins Creed 2 - Incredible theme song!

Its a toss up between FF8 "force your way" and mass effect 2/3 "overlord" soundtracks

I think the gta v radio stations were a bit of a disappointment IMO
But I have to agree with assassins creed. Revolutions was a disappointing game
