Without a doubt it has to be the theme tune to Mirror's Edge. Love that song and game.

Theres been loads that I've come across on consoles but this is a pc gaming thread. So i think i'd have to go with the music in the sabateur trailer

Portal's "Still Alive" springs to mind, though not so much for the music...
The Hitman games have well orchestrated soundtracks, one in particular had an intro with a neck hair raising Ave Maria.
Portal 2 soundtrack. Nearly all of it. I have on multiple occasions listened to the entire thing.
Need For Speed underground has an amazing soundtrack.
Staggered Injection by Ekstrak.
This is the music playing in Aria's club in Mass Effect 3. Not massively into clubby music, but this one has happy memories!
