....flaps seem to be held shut by air pressure.....cant drop combat flaps at anything faster than 300...but work fine at 22 ish...

Yep the flaps close automatically in the F4 if you accelerate over I think 300 when they are open, and you obviously cant open them when travelling faster than that.

Wildcats do nothing for me (yet)...was, and still is, an experiment. Bit like a test drive ;)

they're absurdly easy to land on carriers too those wildcats... not too impressed with the lack of gear indicator lights tho... the only way you know they're fully down is the windy handle stops :(

The little lever switches over according to it going Up or Down...and then, as you say the thing just stops....but dunnit take a long time :(
Shame I;m so busy this week...NEED to try all the new planes.
don't stop going up tho.. which is annoying..
