    Poll:Are you Happy with PF

"For the guys who own FB, AEP and now PF I think there plenty happy." - Just wanted to test this statement on these boards.... So a quick poll, are you "happy" with PF out the box. Simple as that.

Comments always welcome, i'm not happy as single player campaign is boring - i don't want to use *8 time skip, i want to play 20-40 minute missions on single time speed for target and back.

The bugs with AI being still incredibly stupid and zero's staying with american planes in power dives still annoys the hell out of me....

Out of box - that is as a standalone product, probably no. As an add-on, yes. So I've gone for the spoiler vote If I was new to the series I think I'd probably be very disappointed with the career missions and the lack of single missions, but if I was new to the series but familar with sims I think I'd still recognise the quality of the flight modelling (flawed though it is).

But I've already listed all the reasons why I like and dislike various aspects of the game in other threads so i won't repeat myself!

I've not voted due to the fact I played it once for about 10 minutes...

I think TiG means as a standalone product as he's talking about the single mission and the HUUUUGE flight times.

    Not overly happy.

Not about to take it back, but after playing it a lot over the last week, I feel I've done it.
After the challenge of landing on a carrier (taking off seemed incredibly easy), and trying the new planes out a bit.., there's not really enough to keep me playing this as a standalone game...

I've no installed it over the top of my AEP, as I really don't see the advantage, not even with the claimed fixes over the existing AEP version.

On the whole, I'll wait for the patch and see if this brings the game up to scratch.

Don't want to blatently repeat what everyone else has said, but this would have made a blinding patch, or a reasonable add on pack.
But as a standalone game, if I hadn't played IL2 from the start, I'd be reaching for the uninstall icon by now, and replacing it with M$ CFS.

Not as a stand alone product, and as an addon only just. The cost of purchase is not yet justified.

Im happy, with a FB+AEP+PF install. They put in lots of new targets for my P47 but this time they have little circles instead of cross's to aim for
