Hi all
Basically i bought one of those qnix 2560 by 1440 monitors and previously used a dvi cable for my vg236h but for this monitor i want to use a displayport(i hate dvi cables with its damn screws) even though i have the option of dvi. The monitor or my pc only seems to be able to pick up each other via the dvi cable and i can't find an option to fix it.

Are you using a native display port output?
yes i think so. my 670 has a display port slot; so i bought a dp cable and just hooked it up.
That should work out of the box I think, but try lowering the resolution.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Just found out why it didn't work the plug; it wasn't pushed in all the way on the gpu. It works perfect now. Sorry about that.
