I just bought and downloaded it and looking forward to giving it a bosh. Too many shining reviews not too i think.![]()
Is that what you think of it? Was going to get it myself, did have the demo but didn't really play it all that much.

Ah right fair enough

Online shooty thing, everyone running and jumping around, everything moving very fast.
Have to get your crosshair on that distant speck to see if it's friendly or not... by which time you're dead.
I'm G1 level 4 and being matched with players who are G5 level 26+, which is ridiculous - One shot kills from snipers miles out who are camping my spawn, as well as pistol shots that do the same. I've been on a couple of high-ranking teams, but even then they still lost!
Loads of stuff not really covered in the tutorial and no real story to enjoy. I feel bad, as a friend of mine gifted this to me, but I really can't see myself playing this much longer...
I was impressed with the tutorial thinking this is gonna be fun. Was a bit confused when I tried to play the game and it kept putting me into multiplayer. When I read the reviews I was focused on the fact that the game was shiny and awesome that I missed the part where it said there is no single player! Pretty bummed out about that but it's my own stupid fault!
It's still the only game I can remember buying in the last 5 years or more that has worked on day 0 and hasn't crashed or bugged out on me once.
Regardless of whether you like the gameplay, are cheesed as the lack of SP or just don't like bots in your game, you have to tip your hat to their QA.
Hell, I even just bought the season pass based on that alone (and that I noticed you could get it for under a tenner by VPNing to Panama!)

The tutorial really does skip out on quite a bit of stuff, just wondering if anyone has any tips to share...
You can hack spectres instead of meleeing them by running up and pressing E instead of C.
You can hang off any wall mid wall run by just holding your aim down sights button (right mouse button).
Zip lines are all around most maps, just get close and press E while jumping past one. If getting shot you can press crouch to drop off it again.
Urrr thats all I can think of at the moment.

REALLY??!! Blimey, what games are *you* buying?
I can't recall the last time a game crashed on me, at any time... Actually, I think Mass Effect 2 was a bit buggy and I kept getting stuck in the scenery.
Had problems staying connected to the server last night. Then I kept getting put in the same lobby with just two other sub-Level 15 players on my team, while the opposing team of five or six were all L40+ and had G3 or more against their names. That was an enjoyable session of being Noob-PWNed every 12 seconds, lemme tell ya...
The beta matchmaking is much better (after the 1st game) however I like to play the Variety mode so I stick to the broken matchmaking. I can hold my own against the G4-5 people most of the time but obviously team starts losing if its too uneven
edit: and as for the buggy games I can agree when it comes to online games. D3 launch was terrible & BF4 is still broken. I'm sure there is more but those instantly jump to mind as I'm still playing them![]()

- You can hitch a ride on a friendly Titan and blow stuff up from their shoulder.
- You can hop on an enemy Titan, crack it open and shoot up the inside to make it die.
- If an enemy hops on you, exiting and shooting them off it is usually a good idea.
- You can die from having a Titan drop on you!
Killing stuff with Titan drops is always fun!
If you are on a titan and it goes smokey GET OFF and fly away - visa versa - The electric smoke is awesome to kill people on yours.
Titan Melee the front of a titan soon as it goes into doomed mode to kill the pilot in a cool way (stops him ejecting).

Did anyone else notice that despite their crappy slow internet connections the game downloaded insanely quickly? On my up to 16 meg aol connection(actually is 6 meg and downloads normally about 700kbs on steam and 1.2 meg on origin) i downloaded the game in about 4 hours getting like 4-5 meg per second.
My flatmate was downloading at 40-50mb/s (120mb line so should top out at 11-12mb/s). Just made me assume that Origin was using some kind of P2P tool like Blizzard does to ease off the stress of their own servers... Wouldn't surprise me that they don't make it obvious and have just put a line in the T&C which we all accept.
That would mean it was pulling most of the data from me in the other room as I had only just downloaded the game the day before and hadn't cleared off any of the files.
