    Question Raptr connection problems

So i did build recently a nieuw system and installed AMD Gaming Evolved.
It worked for a couple of weeks good and suddenly i go to the website and all i see is an "we are under heavy load , try again later" message , same time i can't login with the desktop app anymore either , incorrect username/password.
Now i can't see why i cannot login , i could solve that , new username , new pass etc.. however the problem still is i can't login
Both website and app are down since 2 days , and this causes me a big headache , why because i have someone on steam who can connect and use the site and app .. just i cannot ???

So i changed DNS settings to open DNS , flushed the DNS cache ,refreshed IP connection, restarted the system and i can go to every website without problems.. except.. rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish
Yesterday the new raptr version auto updated.. me happy and guess what.. still same problems
I figured i try TOR .. and i can access the website with TOR , however i cannot login to the site.. strange.... so ok.. my main browser is firefox .. so lets try IE .. nope IE doesn't work either... no website
So i am at loss for words now..
I know googling that i am not the only one who encountered this problem.
So question is.. has anyone experienced this before and if so.. how did they solve it.. ????

Also AVG never had a problem with it , but suddenly it marked rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish as dangerous ( yes i disabled antivirus to check if AVG blocks app and site.. but without AV i still cannot access the website)
It looks like an IP ban since i can connect to the website with tor .. wich is silly because there's no reason to ban my ip , i mailed AMD about it , ofcourse no reply

If anyone has any hints or ideas.. please let me know :/

    Re: Raptr connection problems

Hi - I work at Raptr. We are currently dealing with a technical issue, but we should have it resolved soon. Sorry for the inconvenience! We're also looking into the AVG false positive.

    Thanks!

    Re: Raptr connection problems

It's solved , looked like there was some kind of IP ban on your side .
This is realy annoying that people get randomly blocked for no reason

AVG 2014 build 4355 , antivirus doesnt detect raptr as a problem , the security toolbar in my webbrowser (firefox) does.
AVG security toolbar 18.05.292 is the culprit that blocks your site ( i have disabled it for now to access raptr)

That is pretty cool that you made an account to talk to wolfsSpirit. I have contacted Raptr once before and the conversation was productive. But this is just awesome.
