Weekly or monthly gaming event (online)?

After having just asked for an invite to the group, I thought it'd be a good idea to, either weekly or monthly, hold a gaming event. This could be a session on Just Cause 2 multiplayer, for example, or Left 4 Dead 2.

I imagine most of us have a microphone - the main problem is finding a time when many people are available to do it.

It would be awesome to have a weekly event playing a variety of games. I own most games except for dayz standalone or the keyboard and mouse only pc games. I am thinking about getting rust soon. It would be great to go into one of those server based mmo games and work as a team to screw everyone else over lol. My steam handle is outwar6010 feel free to add me.

Naturally, we'd need to vote on a game weekly, or if it becomes successful maybe 2 different games to give the best possibility of everyone being able to play.

might just be better to hop on biscuit's TS server when you can and see if there are any other Hexites playing a game you've got

If something is organised more people are likely to make the time to do it rather than just playing as and when

Check out this thread about a Teamspeak server, we have been using this for impromptu gaming sessions, mostly on games like BF4, Elite Dangerous and even Payday 2, plus MaddAussie has demonstrated some DayZ game play by running a feed through twitch which was cool as we could use Teamspeak to ask him about the game.

May try this - didn't like BF4 on PC though. I've already seen the thread - asked a question in it before (did get an answer)
