Absolutely fantastic game, if you do like the base game I would definitely pick up the DLC for it as it adds quite a bit to the world. Only annoying thing when you don't have said DLC like Stone Prisoner for example is that when you try to start the quest it tells you to purchase it.

I want to dislike EA, and probably should because of their high prices and stuff, but when they give stuff away, it's pretty great. Valve don't do this anywhere near as often, and not with games that were anywhere near as expensive the day before.

This is really nice of them, I already have it, but it wasn't an Origin copy, so might as well add it to my list of Origin games anyway in case they remove support for the original version.

Indeed a great game, sadly DA II although better visually (can't recall combat mechanics) couldn't match the first in terms of storyline.

Good call mentioning the Stone Prisoner DLC reminded me that Bioware later on released several dlcs for free, so anyone having a go might also want go get these:
