To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
Will do tonight m8 - pm me your email
Thanks Skii but what I was trying to do didn't work. Lock-On always seems to crash when launching a campaign with an error referring msvcrt.dll. This seems to be an XP SP2 issue as many others are getting it. I've tried replacing msvcrt.dll with different versions in the lock on and system folders and even deleting them alltogether but nothing is working. It's doing my proverbial nut in.

Sorry to hear that m8
I wouldn't touch SP2 with the proverbial stick personally, glad I made that decision now![]()
Sp2, no problems here :/
If so jeNK^, could you send me a few files?
msvcrt.dll in your Windows\System32 dir.
msvcrt.dll in your LockOn dir.
msvcrt.dll in your Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 dir.
All of the mscvrt.dll files in any directory south of Windows\WinSxS dir.
If you could keep them in the folder they're stored under (so I know where each belongs) in some sort of compressed file I would be very grateful.
I understand if you don't want to
Cheers
