Please Recommend me some FPS peaceful action-adventure games

Fallout 3/NV, anything made by Bethesda Softworks and the Bioshock Trilogy, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, 50% of Ubisoft and the list goes on.

This might sound a little err, odd. But bare with me.

Arma3.

Huge (!) play area, and whilst the combat is incredibly harsh (potential one shot kills from unsighted enemies etc) you don't actually have to play the missions and game aggressively. Simply load up the mission editor, perhaps give yourself a vehicle and explore and enjoy the sense of space.

Like others have said, skyrim.

Proteus is very colourful but doesn't really serve a purpose otherwise.
If you don't mind 2d non-fps then fez is a really nice peaceful fun game.

Not an FPS at all but Its my fave chill out game Audiosurf

Skyrim. I cannot recommend this enough. I never played the Elder Scrolls before Skyrim but somehow I have managed to put in more than 500 hours into this game. I would come home after work every day and need a game that is relaxing and immersive. Skyrim was the solution.

Hiya, I'm searching for some games with immersive atmospheres such as Deus Ex 1 (1999) and Half Life and Portal, where most of the game involves walking around atmospheric zones, where there aren't necessarily screaming satanic xenomporphs hiding in every shadow, sludge and rust, and constant fast paced action.

For example, nice ambient sounds, pastel colors, lightmaps, big zones to walk through, and when things attack, it's more like slo-motion action where you have to time projectiles and physics, kindof a warm cozy game?

Please give me some suggestions!

Deus Ex: Human Revolution - without the Gold Tint but with many elements of FPS but more of an action RPG.

Granted none of these games are FirstPesonShooters they are all first person adventure/story games

not a pc game but if you have a ps3, ps4 or vita then have a look at The Unfinished Swan also not first person but 3rd person but still so amazingly atmospheric, Journey
