When you do your dailies you get $25k and 3k RP, do them for a week and you get a $100k and 15k RP bonus, for a month it's $500k and 50k RP. There's also a $10k bonus for 10 in a row, $20k for 20, $50k for 50 and $100k for 100.

If you do 100 days of daily objectives in a row, you will get £5,580,000 and 660,000 RP in total.

    So, do your dailies!
Good advice! One of the daily tasks yesterday was to steal a vehicle from the military base, but I couldn't work out how to get inside the security? Every time I approached the gate, the guard shot at me!

2 ways I know of. Steal a plane/helicopter and fly over the base, parachuting down to the hangers. Or on the north east side of the base somewhere, there's a hill that is higher than the fence, jump in there with a car, although you'll have a hard time evading the tanks that way as they seem to patrol the border.

There's greenman gaming 23% off code(SAVE23-PAYDAY-WEEKND) which can be used for gta 5 until the 27th.

Finally managed to fix my game constantly crashing issue I had. Seems like win 8.1 didn't like my voltage change on my over clock. Fixed it and got a good 6 hours tonight. Damn this game is good.

How did you work out that it was the oc that was causing the problems?

    Re: GTA V Discussion thread!

When it BSOD it would show error 'whea uncorrectable error'.

Googled it and found that sometimes the OS doesn't like a custom voltage on the overclock and the error occurs. I had my voltage up 0.025v but set it back to auto control and all seems well.

Not noticed any change in CPU temp.

    Re: GTA V Discussion thread!

Oh man, I am having such a great time with GTA V now, both online and offline. I had a brief connection issue Friday evening/Saturday morning, but after a bit of fiddling around with security on my Virgin Superhub it sorted itself out. Not sure if it's related to what I changed, but I am happy now.

After joining a really good bunch of guys in a crew called Team Aftershocks (SHOX) I have been doing a lot of races, activities and heists. Finally finished the Prison Break heist, currently waiting for Lester to set me up with the next one. The Prison Break finale was AWESOME fun, really shows how you have to work together. So really looking forward to doing the others now.

Offline however, I restarted a couple of days ago after realising that I didn't invest with all characters when starting Franklin's Assassination missions. Reading up on it, it seems like a good idea to complete the game and make as much money as possible before doing them so you can invest all of your money and make billions!

If there is, I certainly don't notice them. When I first started I saw people running around at level 100+ and instantly thought "cheater", but then realised players could transfer characters to the PC.

But there have been two questionable instances from me, one when playing a Deathmatch with erudito87 against two random players where we started strong and got a few points lead, then all of a sudden it switched to me not being able to headshot one of the other players. At one point I shot her three times in the head with a pistol and she didn't die... At the time I thought something was amiss and got a bit pissed, but then I thought it must have been lag or something, no-one would use cheats only when they were losing, they would have them on all the time.

The second was last night, I chased a guy down on a public channel and killed him for his bounty, he then respawned and started lobbing nades/bombs at me. We had a bit of a good fight, although he was far more accurate than me, but I still got more kills than he did. Then when I was bored, I got in my car and sped off down the road. As I was speeding off, he was hitting my car with an alarmingly fast rate of fire (like Micro SMG fast), but with incredible accuracy, even to the point where I couldn't see him in the distance (he was either too far away to be rendered, or he was out of my line of sight). I thought that was a bit odd, but could again be somehow related to lag.

Other than that, I have seen no questionable instances, apart from higher levels using much better gear than I can get (damn transfers ).

I forgot about that. It was eerie. I got a few kills against but maybe they used a hack which enabled no recoil or pin point accuracy. I haven't noticed anything since tbh.

    Re: GTA V Discussion thread!

This game has regsparked my love for gaming. I'd not played games for a while until this came out. Loved it so much decided to sell my 870m equipped laptop and build a gtx970 mini itx PC.
I'm hoping for 4x msaa with nvidia mlaa applied at 1080p. Any guess on framerate? +40 and I'm happy.
