Anyone else noticed how the loading of the higher res textures and the application of MSAA is super close to the player ? Walking down the street in 3rd person you can see it on fences and walls etc. it really takes from the experience.
It's awesome what it's allowing me to see on a 2GB card but if it means having this constant fog next to me when I'm on foot, and the roads looking crappy up ahead in cars, I'd rather have lower quality graphics and a further draw distance.
Although I am super blown away by being able to run the settings I am, AND 2x MSAA
And a massive hats off to the genius who said "let's not call any settings low, let the lowest ones be medium" so even those running on lower settings don't feel hard done by, all games should do this
