    Re: mindless FPS

Just curious what attracts people to Mindless FPS. Personally I've never been able to get into them.

    Can anyone enlighten me?

I think you'd enjoy "Dirty Bomb" it's free and the shooting is similiar to CoD. You could also try Blacklight Retribution as well.

You could also try the new Unreal Tournament, it is in alpha at the moment but easy enough to find and is free / will be free when released.

Dirty Bomb, new game, free to play and fast paced.

Online only with different game modes, but all in all, pretty fun to just run and gun

Because tactics and cautious advances within cover get boring after a while?
Dunno - I tried Dirty Bomb and it was just really fast jumping/bouncing all over the place while somehow managing to hit everyone.

I see a fair number of FPS games like this, usually where they have STUNNING graphics quality but you never get to enjoy it because you're blazing everywhere, spinning the camera all over the place. Seriously, I watch some player vids and don't even see the target they apparently just shot down in one headshot.

Wasn't like that when I was in the Army, I can tell you!
