Looks good..hopefully better than SW Battlefront.

Battlefront was ok, lacked content though. The season pass has definitely made an improvement on the original game but I am not paying that much for a season pass so will wait for it to drop in price or just play with what I have.

To play the open beta you need to have an Origin account, and sign up for the Battlefield Insider programme here:

There's a new Gamescon trailer that's just been released, in case anyone missed it:

I'm going to signup to the battlefield insider on a 2nd email account which i use for these sort of scenarios.

This game, while nice and fluffy, will not be able to hold a candle to the mighty Verdun.
The Battlefield 1 Open Beta is now available for those who signed up as a 'Battlefield Insider' on PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4. For everyone else it's available from tomorrow.
It's a lot of fun to play, but I've been having lots of crashes, which I suspect are video-driver related. Is anyone else having issues?
No issues here, well apart from one, I keep getting shot.
Other than that enjoying it, high framerates and no glitches(so far).

Hmm haven't seen anything like that myself, I know they said DirectX 12 was experimental so if thats on maybe turn it off but other than that its been pretty smooth so far. Hopefully someone with a newer card will be able to comment on your experience though.

No Crashes from me on a 980ti.
Shocking bad hitreg though. emptied a pistol twice into a prone target from a range of 2 feet. No hits.
Society's to blame,
Or possibly Atari.
Well I unloaded a Thompson and had the same effect. Though the sniper rifle is deadly accurate

Time to check again and see if the game has veered away from being a snipe-fest between alpha and beta....

Still a snipe fest, albeit now with added tank-whoring
Society's to blame,
Or possibly Atari.
