    Steam VR Performance Test

Hey has anyone else tried the Steam VR Performance Test. From what I have read I got the impression that my system would be nowhere near powerful enough. I guess if it falls short of recommended the experience might be fairly broken. It would be interesting to see what other people's systems rate as, as I need to upgrade my GPU to reach "VR Ready" status.

I guess it may be useful to see how much money I need to spend to reach "VR Ready" status by comparison to over peoples build.

    I reached "Capable - Medium 4.1"

a couple of people have, yes.

hopefully it'll get updated with all the new results from the new GPUS just come/coming out, that are supposedly designed for VR. would be funny if the test said they wernt capable enough, after all the marketing has been saying that's what they're designed for

Thanks for the link I totally missed that. Well even my 380 has VRLiquid marketing on it! Appears if this tool is accurate I would only need perhaps a 970, which there may be some bargains to be had when the new amd and nividia cards that hit the market
