TiG and I have both been here before and seen all aspects and varieties of leadership. I suspect neither of us expect the levels of insane dedication seen in the major alliances of Planetarion (Legion and Fury in particular) but we've certainly seen what works and what don't

Leon it's great to see such enthusiasm and drive so by all means take the reigns sir. We'll do our best to give whatever support is needed and look forward to a very enjoyable WOW experience.
One cautionary tale. I know of at least one alliance leader from the affore mentioned Planetarion who had to resit his final year of Uni because of his dedication to the game. Don't let that happen to you!
