Not just me then Also my blacksmith was in the dwarven district to skill level a bit, and I forgot the second AH in that bit of SW is a recent addition and went looking for it Such a long run back to the AH I figured I would be better off taking the tram to Ironforge in case I needed to run back and forth.

As for selling bags on AH, they are still too close to vendor price so allowing for the AH margin you are better off just treating them as vendor trash

That's a shame about the bags.

I have made some mistakes in Stormwind as well like trying to find the dock :/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLyOj_QD4a4&t=19s I think this along with star wars kid was the first youtube vids to go viral. Later I found out the whole thing was staged! So in a way also the first troll vid too.

My professions have been mining (for income) and enchanting for some reason.

I was going to do mining and herb gathering but forgot you can only track one or the other in vanilla.

    Re: WoW Classic

That's partly why I have several characters.

    Skinning+LW
    Mining+BS

    and to get more mats:
    Skinning+mining

I'm better than breaking even with crafting so far, despite using the auction house for some mats. Pretty close though, just selling the gathered mats on the AH would have netted me close to the same amount of gold but then I wouldn't have good level LW and BS

I've been aggressively playing the auction house, and yet am only up to about 20g so a long way off the mount. 15 levels to go though, so plenty of time. But then I have to buy for 3 characters

That's still good going. Level 21 with Skinning and LW and still struggling with money, haven't bothered buying all of my skills yet to save some cash.

    Re: WoW Classic

Back in the day I had several characters all feeding into my main character, but also used auctioneer and used to make a lot of gold that way, unfortunately you need gold to start with and the economy is still young so will take some months to stabilise.

The AH effort is fairly significant. For example, mats to make a Hillman's Cloak are 12s on the AH, if you are lucky you can sell it for 20s. But I only list one or two at a time, and only for 2 hours as after that they are either sold or someone has undercut you on price and they will never sell. So I might make 20s per day on cloaks, I need a lot of other items listed as well to get any decent income.

This morning the raw mats were 50% overpriced, so nothing got made for reselling. Have to see what the evening brings.

I am finding the AH is just starting to take off. In the early days almost nothing sold, just vendor the lot. But now I see a lot of people riding around on their mounts, and have a small amount of disposable income as I guess they are no longer saving hard. Early days, but getting there.

Ah yes indeed, having seen weapons on low levels selling for 50c, now seeing higher levels selling weapons for 40g so definitely money about now.

    Re: WoW Classic

Anyone playing it like I am with no quest helping software? One heck of a journey that way that I did not remember. Also finally created one bank toon as bags getting full is a real issue. I also got to say it is nice to see all the people even when just going about the open world buffing people with whatever their toon does. Finally was glad to have a person who grouped with me for like 3 hours + the other day. Not something I see enough of still in WOW. It was always a complaint of mine. To me they needed to make the open world harder to encourage people to play in it. Oh and almost forgot ...

    For the Alliance!

How many of you attack skull level players in pvp areas? If you don't then go join the Horde. There is honor in death and I shall die for the Alliance taking it on the chin all the time it happens.

    Re: WoW Classic

I don't use any quest helping software which in my opinion defeats the object of playing classic. Yes plenty of buffs going around and grouping up to do events, its a nice change and more of what wow was rather than what it has become.
