WoW Classic

I use questie. Trying to remember where things are can reduce to tedium which back in the day meant googling for maps and co-ordinates. The sense of achievement in grouping to take down an elite isn't spoilt for me by having a dot on the map telling me where it is.

Current problem I am having is levelling with my wife where I am druid and she is playing warrior, she expects me to heal her. That works in recent retail expansions, but here my kit is agility. If I drop out of cat form and do a couple of heals, I don't have enough mana left to go back to cat form so I'm left thumping things with a stick until we die :D

Got a slightly different problem levelling with my wife, I'm specing for Bear and expecting heals from her but shes Enhance shammy so im taking everything shouting at her for heals until I die and then they all turn on her and she dies :)

As I'm sure you can see by the OP, I was VERY excited for this when it was announced. However, I am yet to get past level 10. I don't know why, it wasn't rose-tinted glasses, I seriously do believe it's a better version of WoW than any in retail that came out after WotLK... but I just can't get into it.

I think it has something to do with the fact that I have a lot of friends who I agreed to play it with, but they are ALL Alliance and I have been almost Horde my entire WoW career, so Classic as an Alliance just isn't the same as Horde for me.

If anyone playing Horde here is from the original "Hexus Horde" or even "Hordes Angels" after that, gimme a shout and let me know what server you are on, perhaps I will create a Horde character and see if I can get on with the game better.

I am currently level 30 alliance, has taken me longer than I expected but enjoying it and feel like i'm getting my moneys worth, no one has thrown a free epic at me as I have walked down the street yet so that can only be a good sign :)
