    One handed gaming controller

    Hi all,
I have been playing mmo's for longer than I can remember, but sadly over the past year due to injury and illness I have slowly lost the use of my left arm and hand. I am lokking for a right hand game controller with programmable keys and a directional thumb toggle to replace my old mouse keyboard setup. I have tried gaming micw with multifunctional side buttons but never found one I could use with any success sadly - the buttons tend to to close together and I have fingers like sausages.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

    Re: One handed gaming controller

How about eye tracking to do mouse movement and that's leave your right hand for clicking and keys?

I can imagine there's probably some good support groups out there who should be to advise on the best products to help.

Have you seen Roccat's Tyon and Leadr mice?
Both have a thumb toggle/paddle and 14 programmable buttons.

Failing that, this page has several links to companies that do accessible gaming products: http://www.oneswitch.org.uk/art.php?id=89
There is also Voice Attack software, which may be useful in certain situations.

You may also find AbleGamers a useful resource: https://ablegamers.org/our-services/

Traditional mouse-wise there's the likes of the asus chakram:

I'd also have a look for vertical mice - something like this in form though this isn't a recommendation for this particular model:

    Re: One handed gaming controller

These guys have a list of resources from specific controllers you can buy, to websites and individuals offering custom controllers, and other links too: http://www.oneswitch.org.uk/art.php?id=94

One of them is Special Effect who have some sort of hardware loan program - https://www.specialeffect.org.uk/can-we-help

This guy apparently sells and custom builds - https://www.benheck.com/
