This hood rocks but i need to get the reciepe from desolace, can someone please get this from there. I'd like to quest tonight and if anyone is in that area i'd appreciate it if you could pick this up from whoever is there.

I'd love that hood, my current one kind of sucks :P and it's not until level 200 leatherworking than I can make stuff for the head.
The plans for the hood should be in your mailbox.. not sure what I need atm, i'm working tonight :(.

Thick spider silk drops from level 36+ beasts... Gonna be a while yet.
And it's very rare even then.
Found 31 beasts in the next region to Hillbrand that also drops them..
5% drop rate isn't that bad tho tbh.
