It wouldn't happen too much - the level of antagonism between the Alliance and Hode is running quite high. I was going down the Gold Road the other night when I passed a Night Elf running the other way; then I passed three Horde bods running the other way. They caught up with the Elf and in the chat channel it came up with 'xxxx spits on xxxx'. Then one of them 'yelled' at me to come back so the 'four of us can give this elf a good kicking'.

I politely made my excuses and left

Tbf, the elf had PVP enabled, so I guess one could say he was asking for it but the thing that shocked me the most was the fact that the first thing they did was to emote /spit. Seemed a bit harsh to me, perhaps I'm on the wrong side?

Hmm, well, I was being a little OTT, but it wasn't far off. I suppose it all boils down to the fact I like a little bit of RP every now and again. You simply WOULDN'T have Horde helping out Alliance if you think about it. Alliance may help out Horde, but then they'd get a dagger in the back afterwards as they turned to walk away...

:edit: This doens't in anyway reflect MY personality. Please don't think it does. If it was a Horde member and I think they're stuggling, I'd stand by with my heal spell at the ready in case they needed it, or with Keri, I'd chuck a fireball or two at the mob.

AFAIK you can't heal or buff across faction, so you'd be wanting the fireball.

I could agree with you , by the fact that helping the enemy im spoiling the spirit of the thing ... i give you that , but when i say that i help every one who needs it , i mean if i see a low level fellow with a chalenge that is way over is head , il help him ... but that is far from me stroling ashenvale with a NE babe giving hands.

Well i normally help people in trouble horde or not...but the truth is that some of them don't deserve it...heck i've helped both aliance and horde guys almost diyng, and some of them didn't even wave at me...What in the hell do they have up their rear??I helped them, i saved their lives, and they dont even thank me!!
As for the aliance horse tension, i really dont think its that high...sometimes i come across some of them...some time we salute, sometimes we dance, and sometimes i just laught at their faces ...i love wen they startedoing that chiken thing to make me fight them...i normally laught at their faces and point at them...i keep doing this and some time after they get really irritated and go away...hehe.
Bottom line , i think it dosen't matter if they are horde or alliance, what matters is who is behind the alliance or horde caracter!!
