Problems
Is anybody else having problems with WoW? I got disconnected earlier today, and when I try to logon, I get the message that my prepaid period has expired, despite the fact that the credit card has already been charged and I've been logging on beyond the prepaid period for the past 4 days.
Does anybody else have these problems?
Thanks
Mike

Haven't noticed anything myself, fingers crossed.
WoW website highlights a payment issue and it flags it when you log on. They suggest you contact them. How easy that is, pass. But they did reply to my email when the game launched and I couldn't get on the server due to payment problems.
Hope they sort it quick

For those that didnt bother checking your account manager before LOTS of people (generaly ANYONE using a switch or solo card) would of seen 'invailid details' next to their card since the 14th and 2day they have frozen those accounts and the account manager site wont load.
If you card has been charged i dont know tho?!

My account details were incorrect (cardwas lost and canceled) up until Saturday when I changed it. It still worked for the rest of Saturday and i just tried now and it's not working, maybe because I was late and they havn't recieved payment yet?
Well, I have two assignments to be handed in this week, so maybe it's a good thing... or maybe not :P

I'm having the same problems, logged out at 3.50 pm today, unable to log in, and have been trying since 6.30 pm. I checked all my details last week and everything was fine. Blizzard are having a laugh, judging by the comments on the WOW forums, no one is able to register at the moment, with some people complaining that they have not been able to log-in for over a week. They need to sort this ASAP.

indeed its people with switch cards mainly having problems. Some people with two accounts on one CC are also having problems. Its a big problem blizzard need to get sorted. I wondered why they didnt need the issue number etc ....

AT last, just managed to set up my details (again). and look what you get as a confirmation
"Congratulations! Your credit card has been successfully recorded! Tales of this historic moment will be told and retold down through the generations. Way to go!"
Historic is the right word. They actually accepted a card payment is historic. Blizzard need a rocket up the jacksee and need to get their PR and CS sorted before shouting about how many players they have.
