Wish I'd given Verdun a better go when it was popular. I only played the beta or early access many years ago, thoroughly enjoyied it, but had other games to distract me and never went back.
Just to say, defense grid has cost me an entire weekend. It was not a free game :D
Lol, it makes you wonder how much longer Epic is going to keep this up! I already have Defense Grid on steam, it's probably the best tower defence game available imo.

I haven't tried 2, still on the first game too. Yea, Epic like giving games that you can buy DLC for. I might just get DLC on steam for DG1 first before trying 2 since I like the style of DG1.
