I grabbed mine about 11pm and it was directors cut
If you look in your library you will see Death Stranding standard and Death Stranding Add-ons which contains the directors cut
EDIT: ignore that, it was just Standard version + Addons. I hadn't closed the Epic Game Launcher all day and when I went through the checkout it was still saying directors cut.
But it is not! Hopefully those that got in early get it.
