With 500,000 players in europe, I'm guessing at least 400,000 have paid (some with payment problems and some didn't keep playing). That means if everyone paid the first month only then they would have around £3.6million! and you can probaby double that because of all the people that paid in advance for 3 or 6 months. Not exactly going bankrupt (not that I know how much they spent).
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.
If anyone else is still having problems, it looks like there's a way around it thanks to some enterprising individual..

go in via that and you can access the account management pages despite what Blizzard say on the website..

cool that works, go via that and then click change subscription and you can add your card - they have also added an issue number to the page so after this all problems should go away![]()

They did take payment last time, I think so anyway. Or else we've actually played for free for like a week or something.
More likey the latter... the problem was that the banks wouldnt allow blizzard to take money out becuase of no issue number. They froze everyones account that havnt payed but everyone could still play![]()

Lots of people are in the same boat as you. Assuming the problem doesn't sort itself out (as it has done twice before for me), the only way I think it can be solved is over the phone. Trying the webform is pretty useless, since on the occasions you can actually get it to send, it just ends up telling you the e-mail delivery has failed.Originally Posted by Spinx
