It's gonna be on PvP and PvE servers, it's a shame rogues aren't that good unless they can ambush their target, and this is hard on a PvE server as you need to wait for people to become PvP enabled.
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.
cheapshotting a already active person slarys will be oh so infuriating
