I'll go again Stoo, it was crazy fun last time. This time though I'll try not to run into any Alliance towns and run out with several guards chasing me...

We'll need some serious firepower in there though, the spawn rate and small space makes it damn near impossible for a few lvl 30's.

It should be okay if we don't run all the way up the top, and just stick to the ground floor..

..and no TiG, I don't want to just buy the robes from you

All the items I pick up from lvl 50+ have a requirement level over 40, low level items just don't drop from high level mobs.

I'm willing to help other people but I wouldn't think I'd be wanted to help in the level 30-40 instance because it takes some of the fun away when I can just destroy everything with ease.

But as we people with a lot of time on our hands reach lvl 60, we'll be starting new characters, and we'll be leveling faster because of experience and more time, and we'll most likly catch you up if you're playing a few hours a day spread across three characters.

If there is anything the lower levels need but can't get if you ask you are likly to get help finding it (as long as we don't need it for ourselfs ).

Great, so your alts will be levelling faster and will soon be higher than our mains! That'll really help with the feeling of uselessness to the guild... or is that just me?

My point was we'll be able to help you out more if we are around your level, and you'll be able to help us!

I don't feel like I have to be 'useful' to the guild? We're not Umbrage with strict rules on how we must all play together, and play cirtain ammounts of time each day. We are just a bunch of gamers that want to play together. I want to help the rest of you level up (especially Az, we need a high lvl priest ) so that I can team with you for the hard instances at lvl 55-60.
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.

But look at what Umbrage achieve..
Okay, I know it's a bit unrealistic to assume that that style of play would suit us, because I know it wouldn't (and takes quite a lot of the fun out of the game IMO), but we could take a few cues from them in terms of guild organisation, we started off doing that a bit with Pug and RedPiggy's Herbalism price list, but we've sort of stopped from there..

I propose that we organise at least two instance raids per week, one for the high levellers and one for the lower levellers, another thing which would help would be if more people got onto teamspeak, we can even setup separate quest groups if you like so we don't all end up talking over each other.

Another thing, if you really don't need the cash, it doesn't hurt to give some stuff away now and again for the good of the guild.
If you're in an area where there's a bunch of mobs you can easily farm without thinking about it, farm them for a few minutes for the dropped cloth etc (if the tailors can't use it, then some of the others might need it for levelling up first aid). The same goes for ore, or leather, or anything else that guildies might need.

If needed we can always create a couple of guild "bank" characters, specifically for storing this stuff, it wouldn't take too much time and I think it would add a lot of value into the guild and make us more of a team, rather than a random group of players.

Another thing that was mentioned in chat last night was using the alliance AH as well (which is going to have a lot more stuff on it considering the alliance/horde numbers on Arathor), this could really help the guild out if we can get a reliable way of this working, as we wouldn't be held to ransom of the frankly ludicrous (for many objects) Orgrimmar AH prices.

I think most of this could be accomplished with the minimum of fuss, and wouldn't detract from normal gameplay much, if all, and would make the HEXUS.Horde a real force to be reckoned with!
