Alliance AH? how would you use that you couldnt get in Stormwind as a horde character and you cant send items from an alliance char to a horde char so how would that work? - pls reply that sounds really interesting if you can use another AH? (I know about GAdgetzan and OG are there any others for Horde and for horde in allaiance territory??

Create a couple of Alliance chars, load them up with cash, and hit the AH, then get over to a Neutral AH, then flog it cheap, use the Horde Char to grab it.

Of course, the only slight issue is getting the cash to start with, but I suppose you could get around that the opposite way by selling high value items such as bags etc cheap on the Neutral AH to your Alliance character..

Dunno if it'd work in practise, but it's worth looking at if it's got the slightest chance of working.

Easy. Someone creates an alliance char and gets them to a level to reach the neutral AH. They meet up with a horde char with lots of G's on a different account there, chatting on TS as you won't be able to talk in game. The alliance char creates an auction with a MASSIVE buyout for a silly little item, the horde char buys it, alliance char gets lots of money.

Alliance char then goes to the alliance AH and gets some decent items, goes back to the neutral AH and either auctions them for high amounts or quickly (with no-one else around) and the horde char buys them.

    Sneaky, huh?

I know the alliance area quite well, can get a human up to a decent level pretty soon probably, just depends who we're going to trust with this idea and if it's worth doing it?

:edit: Heh, you could actually get a lvl 1 to the neutral AH but it would take a long time! Would be funny to see though! Just run, no doubt you'd die, so res further towards your target and run again. Rinse and repeat till at your destination!

To do this you would need to create an Allience character and you would put a really crappy item on the neutral AH for a buyout of 30g, then your Horde player would come along and buyout the item for 30g, transfering the 30g from your Horde player to your Allience player.

Then your Allience player can buy items that are listed on the Allience AH that normally you would not be able to get. To get the items back again you would need to list the item in the neutral AH for about 5x the normal value (just so that no-one else buys it!) and go there with your Horde player and buy it.

I wouldn't like to be the one trying to organise a time for the Raids...

This would work in about 2 months when we have a good ammount of high level players (I only say high level becuase it's where we all end up so there will be a lot players there), so we'll be able to get together groups big enough to do the instances.

Just to clear it up, there are only 3 AH's. One in Orgrimmar that only Horde can use, one in Stormwind that only Alliance can use and the one in Gadgetzan which both Alliance and Horde can use.

I'm pretty sure you won't be able to do it on your own as you can't bid on your own auctions, i.e. you can't list an item with one char on your account then bid on it with another char on your account. Haven't tried it between Alliance and Horde, but pretty sure it's the same.

Oh yeah, Ironforge, not Stormwind. Took me ages to realise you hadn't just quoted me then copied exactly what I typed!

Ironforge AH is a right bun fight as well! You're lucky if you can get close to an auctioneer and you end up right clicking in the mob hoping to get them.

The sheer number of players also causes havoc with my pc and I start lagging and warping all over the place.
