Git. I reckon after you kill a raid boss it should be a free for all and you can loot each others bodies

Unlikely - at least a few of those drops are bind on pickup. The Fang of the Mystics certainly is.

    Cookoo!

You can set different looting settings for a group, including a free for all madness one! I prefer the round robin or need ones myself.

I like the thing on the bottom right that tells you what is happening e.g. who is healing who and so on. Is that out the box functionality or an add-on as I have set up macros for some of my healing spells to let people know I am casting them so that someone else doesn't jump in and needlessly cast a quicker heal.

Iain, hover over the chat window and two tabs will come up, something like Chat and Combat, just "drag" the Combat window over to the right of the screen. And yes, they're very useful for seeing things like who's hitting you etc. Once you have it in a good position, you can lock the window in place.

:edit: Oh, and that would have pee'd me right off!! How could they set the loot options to be able to do that! Those dragons drop a bloody lot of stuff, don't they!!

LoL! Are the looting options in a Raid different, would love for it to be my turn to loot the dragon in round robin
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.

Normally for raids it's set to either group loot (so everyone gets a roll) or free for all and then rolls are done manually (what happened in tis case). With the latter you have to rely on people not being arses though. I guess that will be his last dragon raid.

Personally I've only been on guild Azuregos raids, everyone from one guild reduces the chance of people being idiots.
