Patch 1.4 Direct Download?

Almost 2 hrs later, still not up and server status page down

Damn I wanna try it out now but I'm stuck at uni right now . I hope the server will be running smoothly by the time I get back.

Can't say I'm surprised, have they ever had a patch go out in time?

I'm in work now and got a bit tense knowing that the servers anit back . currently scheduled to begin at 05:00 and end at 13:00 (UTC/GMT+2, Paris time).
It sounds like it's all gone wrong !!!

Nah after every big patch they are down for extended times they will be up in a few hours (but laggy as hell due to ppl pileing on!) and then all will settle.

Something i also noticed is that all my potions are currently orange - might be a good time to make items to get your skill lvl up

Hmm at work all day today then I have my Birthday celebrations all weekend so looks like I won't get to check it out till maybe sun got the patch done this morn tho. Might try and grab 15 mins or so somewhere along the line

bertie, that patch seems to be to go from 1.3.1.4297 to 1.4.0 but the last "direct download" patch I got was the 1.3.0

Do you think theres gonna be a problem, or am I gonna have to use the normal updater first to get from 1.3.0 to 1.3.1.4297 then use the other patch to get to 1.4.0?

All these patch numbers get damn confusing lol, they should just release "from retail to xxxx" patches for people who just installed it.
