Last time I saw 'Air conditioning failure' there where cascades of water pooring over the server and comms cabinets and ants running about like mad things with waste paper baskets et al. Next time I think they wont put the server room in a glass box in the middle of an open plan office

Strange I was playing all the way through as were some others completely naive to your dilemma, until the no show of some players at around 20:00 which aroused suspicion and lead to someone checking the boards.

If you were logged in it was fine, but if you were trying to log in, or you got disconnected, then it was a pain in the rear end. I'm getting disconnected a lot lately, hope it's not permanent. Happened 3 times in 10 mins this morning...
This is starting to irritate me now... Just loged in fine and started sorting acouple updated addons. when i tried to log back in not 2min later it wont get passed the auth connection again.
the sheer amount of money that ppl are paying must at least be able to buy stable servers that are up to the job... or competent staff...
It is getting annoying, but apart from not paying and playing, what can you do?
I don't wanna stop playing, but we do need to somehow give Blizzard a kick up the backside. They've had millions from all of us around Europe now, millions and millions. More money than all of us are likely to see throught our whole lifetimes! The box sales covered the development, the monthly fees should be more than enough to cover servers and support staff!
Might go on the rampage on their forums, but I doubt very much there will be a point. The lack of response is what is so annoying!
