    Exactly! So there we have another problem, communication. Tech guy says, oh we have a problem, fires off a quick message to the board admins/mods and they post a nice message or apology explaining what the problem is and roughly how long it will take to fix, or even just let us know it's being looked into.

    Doesn't take much to keep your customers happy, does it?
