    Just brought this game off ebay for a fantastic price, this seems like the best flight sim out there at the moment. It should be with me in a few days.

    What is the best joystick to get at the moment that works really well with this game?

    Also does everyone here meet up on any servers to play some multiplayer games?

    And generally anything by Saitek is good for stickage - I'm using an Evo - bout £30. PC World is about the best place to get hold of one

    Just brought IL 2 Sturmovik, so to play online I will need to buy all the expansion packs? This could cost quite a bit

    IL2 sturmovich is the original, IL2:FB is the sequel... they're separate games.

    Ahhh, must get PF at some point. Havent played IL2 FB in ages. Main prob I have is re mapping my controls on teh X45 after a format, always forget to backup

    You need to do what Tumble said, it's well worth it.

    Look at dabs.com for some joystick steals.

    if your after a cheap stick try the st290 from pc world.. 312.50 with the sme core stick as the 330 one just no base buttons
    AMD3000+ ATIX800XL + GBNF44x mobo.. all at stock because they're good enough atm + CA A1 amp-->Mission 73S Loigtech MX1000 + 1GB ram + 1/3 TB HD array
    Wintendo XP + Linux (when it works) .. just incase you were wondering
