Yeah, those floaty things are a warriors worst nightmare, no armour in the world can save you unless you were encased in lead perhaps ?!

They were the death of me and other warriors in the team many a time last night, theres just so many of them, give me level 20 minotaurs and hydras anytime as they dont strip you of active skills, one I use most is mending and it has done me well from when I got it, but the floaties remove that then conjoure phantasm and something else and you're health just drops to zero in seconds.

Ranger interuptions come in very useful where I am, although it's hard to get the timing right, as you have you hit when it;s casting.

I do bane signet and then the one which reduces their health for 10 seconds or so. It only works if they've been knocked down though

Right, made it to Augry Rock and have done the 2 quests there, what exactly do you have to do for Ascension, I spoke to the 3 knights and they gave me instructions but it didnt add anything at all to quest log at all. So what exactly is it that you must do to do the quest mission ???

So they dont actually show up then in the quest log I guess. So just follow their directions to wherever and report back to them once you have got there and done whatever.

Also, I noticed a new thing under hero tab once I hit level 20, something about Balthazar and gaining favour in battles and competetive missions, whats that about ?

Finally, my bar is nearly at the equivalent of lvl 21 but 20 is the highest it goes, do you just get 1 skill point when I hit the next level. Also do you get XP for doing the 3 ascension quests that will allow you to up some of you're stats or is that as high as they can go from XP up to level 20 ?

    yep.

came in in a recent patch, allows you to gain "favour" with the gods by winning in PVP activities, and spend it on unlocking weapons & skills in the pvp charaacter creation.

Finally, my bar is nearly at the equivalent of lvl 21 but 20 is the highest it goes, do you just get 1 skill point when I hit the next level.
    yes.

    you get 50,000XP for ascending.

there's also a mission in the crystal desert where you speak to a snake monster thing, and get 15 attribute points for your troubles

Done the first ascension mission, was quite tough but made it, it was the one at Thirsty River. Not sure which one to do next Elona Reach or Dunes of Despair, with Elona you can stop off at Destinys Gorge so may go for that one.

You get 50 000 XP after ascension, so that means you actually get points to put atributes up then, should be fun !
