yeah I did that one, you need to go all the way through the green hills area, to get their as soon as you come out of the main city turn right and follow the long road all the way round.
another way to to go through the worm fields which you have to do as a mission.

This game is so addictive, nearly level 5 now and have about 150 gold pieces, I can leave for the main stuff now after talking to the guy in the town but waiting on that one, just wanting to get my levels up.
It plays just like Dungeon Siege but with better graphics, which is what I prefer rather than the old build an army type thing or the way some of the other RPG's like Baldurs Gate play like with the pause and select what you want to do.
We need to get a few more people online now, so we have a better idea of how many is actually participating and going to be in the guild. I need screen names to put the invitations out as there is me and Famished only at the min.

glad you are liking it mate, I love it. I managed to get hold of the soundtrack as well it is amazing.
If you want I can come online and show you were her brother is!

Yeah be there in 5, just going to grab a drink first, Head for district 14

No custom logo for the guild cloaks by the looks of things. But there is a large amount of logos to pick from. I think the nearest to the "X" is a pair of crossed swords. I kinda like the ragged cloak type too..... it looks like it's been shredded by a Detla fan, LOL.

lol @ the fan joke. Is there a guild offically up and running now?
-
Yep, we now have a guild.
Just been dotting about with Vars Lightheart (Wedge) been fun, getting loads of monsters due to me nearly being level 7 now !
-
Cool. Ive got to level 5 tonight. Need to do more thing and build on my second class. For my first mmo ime very impressed.
-
Yeah, its great. I must admit I prefer the way this one plays, more like a good old hack n slash.
Some of the scenery and views you get are amazing. Went up into the ice mountains with Wedge, theres a huge fortress there and it is chained to various protruding rocks, looked fantastic.
Think we are all nearly ready to head into the main game soon, we all seem to be getting our levels up nicely.
Ony minor gripe I have (it is monor ! ) is that you dont get alot of XP so it can take ages to level up in the surrounding areas of Ascalon.
Absolutely loving it though, recommend it to anyone that loves Dungeon Siege and Diablo games, plays seamlessly. Also no monthly fee to play so you are getting great value for money out of it.

-
Me and terry took em out tho. I also helped someone move there bees. Thast got to be the lamest quest in the game so far.
-
I was alone on that one, had to do the old Monty Python routine : Run Away !! heal myself then go wading back in !

One of the good things about necomancers, steal there helth, or let the dead do your figting for you!

Ah well, with being a warrior monk I have a thing that deals damage back if you or an ally gets hit, that ones called retribution. Also have one that does 10 points of damage to enemies within you're radius per second.
Favourites though are the sever (severs an enemies artery) and also another one to follow on from that immediatey which when you hit the enemy takes loads of damage due to the artery being open. Understandably it doesnt work on golems etc ! I've been building up strength and swordplay initially, starting to add to the monk skills now.
One thing I really like is being able to take the attribute points off at a later time and put them on something else. That will really come in handy I should imagine for later in the game.
Is anyone else thinking on starting the main game yet or shall we wait a few more days ?
