Crusader enchant...
As many of you know, TeePee was kind enough to donate the crusader enchant formula to the Guild Enchanter...me!
Which is very, very cool.
However, in order to actually enchant anyone with it, I need righteous orbs (edit: http://www.thottbot.com/?i=Righteous%20Orb) from Stratholme. So, as much fun as BRD is, personally I need to start doing Strat runs, or getting other lovely people to do them for me.
In short: Who is up for Strat tonight? Because, what with server population and whatnot, the chance of them going in AH is minimal...

Anyone need crusader yet then?, anyone got a weapon worthy of this time and effort?..
Only reason i ask is that we all seem to want to do different top level instances at the moment, and while i'm willing to help for the good of the guild, i'd like to try and focus our energies towards a common goal.
Just a thought...

What level do you need to be to do Stratholme? and hwree is it? quite happy to come along :)

Isn't it recommended to take a raid group into stratholme?

STRATHOLME
Abbreviation: Strat. Split into Stratholme Scarlet and Stratholme UD. Stratholme UD is one of the most time-effective high-level instances for items.
Difficulty: #15 of 20 (hard)
Recommended Group: 5-14 players. Requires a very good 5-player group, otherwise a raid will be necessary. Currently, a 5-person group will take a long time and is not advisable. ~10-14 people are therefore recommended until this instance is changed. The Baroness especially can be buggy; sometimes it helps if everyone gets to the top of the stairs right by the door.
Recommended Levels: 57-60. For smaller groups, 60 is strongly recommended.
Location: Eastern Plaguelands
Directions: Located in the northernmost valley, north of Plaguewood.

Strat not Scholo :)
I must admit I didn't check level/number requirements before posting...and yeah I spose it might be a while before anyone "needs" Crusader...but it'd be looovely if we had someone in guild with it :D
Eh I'm easy...but, the requirements for doing the enchant are enough that it may take a while to amass stuff to DO the enchant, just thinking it'd be nice to start a little stockpile! Plus I rather like the look of http://www.thottbot.com/?i=3388
To be fair, I'm happy doing whatever instance, just a bit bored of BRD! Dire Maul, Strat, Scholo (if we can do Araj in Andorhal) are all cool...just thought I'd try and take a lead because I'd like to see Strat.

Not trying to critise at all, i think we'll have 9 lvl 60's tonight with Greenpiggy/pug/azog/eru not far off 60 either.
Of the group of people we have at 60 while Mattak, Lilith, Velan etc maybe bored with BRD, i've done a tiny bit of it once, and i think the same pretty much goes for Redpiggy, Madocks, Thor, Greenpiggy, Pug, Azog, Eru.
Plus BRD is absolutely essential for gaining the purple vendor reciepes purchasable in the game...
Lilith needs more dark iron etc too. Just trying to say there are going to be lots of us wanting to help do these instances with you.. i'm sure i'm not alone in saying the ones catching up to the current 60's are still wanting to do those instances that you may have already done a lot of....
So to help mattak a raid group for stath?. All people on tonight and just farm it for loot, and try and get him the stuff he needs rather than focusing on quests?.

Just FYI - strath is maximum 10 man now. 10 people can do strath UD side in about an hour. You're likely to get a few blue set items too - the baron always drops set legs if nothing else. From what I've seen scarlet side is better for orbs though - it's a bit longer and a bit less loot, but you're still looking at maybe 90 minutes in raid.
5 man strath takes hours, maybe 6-8 hours total (with a few jumps out for quests).

Tig, I'm not giving up on BRD at all, there's loads I still need to do in there - dark iron mining not least, I need a blood of the mountain for my nice trinket, fiery weapon enchant, and need to do the end bosses! I just fancy...something else...for a bit of a change of scenery! Will be more than happy to do BRD runs also, just fancied something else for tonight since I picked all the Strat quests up :)
If its 10 man, cool, we can have a big old bash, if everyone can come?
Looking at getting serious with BRD this weekend - a do it til its "done" type affair, until we have some dark iron, a smoking heart of the mountain, fiery weapon, end bosses done etc....gives time to get into it, then farm it a bit.
But for tonight I'd like to do sommat else, if there is enough interest to get a group together. If not no worries :)

Quests cannot be done in raid for strath/scholo - you have to 5 man them for questing.

At the moment my first choice for instances is Dire Maul, because I want the Felhide Cap and it's got a good drop rate and it's not from a big boss, plus all the other great loot in there.
Other than that I don't really mind, completing BRD would be nice, and I'd love to get some set items as well from BRS/strath/scholo :)
